My mother has de-generating discs in her back and i am afraid that i have some of that genetically.. because when i crack my neck my back starts to hurt and then it hurts to do my normal activities.. then when i go to lay down at home i cant even lay down because it hurts so bad.. then when i finally do lay down my bed hurts my back because it is formed to the shape of my back.. now i havent been to the chiropractor.. should i? should i take painkillers? i dont know what to do.. btw i am only 17 and my mother has had this since she was my age.. am i starting to get that too?

I woke up today, and my right ear has been thumping on and off all day, and it’s definitely not my heartbeat or pulse I can hear. The back of my neck aches on the right side and at the bottom of the right side of my head right inside at the back. My ear is not red or hot. I have experienced this before, about half a year ago probably, but it went after 10 minutes. What is it?
