I am 31 weeks into my 40 week pregnancy (over 7 months) and work in an office setting where I sit all day. I make sure to get up every 90 minutes or so to stretch and walk around, but I am getting tremendous back pain the longer I sit, at the lower of my back. I think the baby has dropped (turned over so it’s head is at the bottom)…
Is there pain reliever, special chair cushions, or anything else that is safe for me to relieve the pain?

This has been going on for over months, but its getting worse now. My shoulders/upper back ache pretty bad. I’ll be sitting in class or standing and I just want to slouch because they hurt so bad. I don’t slouch, I try to stand really straight, because I heard it helps. But it hasn’t. When I massage parts above my shoulder blade, there is like this crunching and hurting pain. What can I do? What causes this? ANYONE know?!?!? Would a deep shoulder massage help?
Without damaging the discs I want to improve lower back muscles to protect my lower back.
