I should be getting my period within the next 3 days. For the past 2 days my lower back (on the left side) has been aching and my leg has been cramping up. What is the cause of lower back aches before a period? And does anyone else get this?

I am 13, and I have pain in the lower muscle of my back. It is the muscle on the left side of my back just above my hip, and if feels like a ripping pain. What is this, how could this have started, and how should I deal with it.

I wake up every morning with lower back pain which it goes away by mid day. Its been more then a week. I had this problem in the past, but it went away, now is back. How do I know if its my mattress? My husband doesn’t get any pain from sleeping in the mattress.
