Chest, back and neck aches after 2 weeks of recovering from bronchitis - explanation?

July 6th, 2010

Have bronchitis, finished antibiotic today (Levaquin), taking MethylPrednisolone, Advair, Singulair, Albuterol and Spiriva.

After 2 weeks, my chest is still sore, feeling like there are weights on it. Just today, my back and neck have become INCREDIBLY sore with aches. Particularly, on the sides of my neck, the part of my back near my shoulders and my lower back. Felt VERY weak today and mainly stayed in bed.

Anyone have an explanation for this? I’m still waiting for my chest x-ray. Has my bronchitis turned to pneumonia?

Why do certain drinks make my chest and back have aches and pains?

May 31st, 2010

Whenever I drink tropical punch (Kool-Aid) I get really bad chest pains? The tropical punch flavor is the only one that causes the pain. My mom gets really bad back aches whenever she drinks any flavor of soda, tea, and Kool-Aid also. Does any one know why this happens? Thanks for any info that you may have.

what does it mean when my chest tightens and my upper back aches?

May 22nd, 2010

For the past few days, I’ve been experiencing my chest tighten up and my upper back up to the back of my neck and behind my ears aching. At first I thought it was the flu but I’m not sure because this happens when I wake up and then passes after an hour or so and then returns at night, which is strange.
