Why do my neck shoulders and lower back ache so bad after I ride my exercise bike, or walk fast or?
do the stair stepper. The pain is so great I can’t stand it. I wear a rubber belt around my mid section and I need to sweat. I could understand maybe the bike being hard on my back, but stair master????? I use no tension because I’m a woman and don’t want to bulk up.
any ideas?
any suggestions?
I’m only 46 years old and nice figure…..but need to sweat in the mid-area so I don’t gain weight.
