My lower back has been aching for the last two days and I feel light cramping at times. Me and my husband have been ttc for the last month. We recently tried on the 22nd, 24th, 25th, and 26th. My cycle started on the 13th, but I am not sure how many days my cycle lasts. Could I be pregnant? Has anyone ever experienced lower back pains in the begining of their pregnancy?
I have never felt these kinds of back aches on my period and it isn’t due for about a couple of weeks. So I don’t think it is my period.
do the stair stepper. The pain is so great I can’t stand it. I wear a rubber belt around my mid section and I need to sweat. I could understand maybe the bike being hard on my back, but stair master????? I use no tension because I’m a woman and don’t want to bulk up.
any ideas?

I’m only 46 years old and nice figure…..but need to sweat in the mid-area so I don’t gain weight.

My lower back has been hurting for about a week now. How do I get rid of the pain without having to go to the chiropractor? I’ve been taking OTC back pain relievers, and they seem to help a little bit. Do you have any alternatives. I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
